Dela was established in 2024 with a clear mission: to support women through every phase of life by offering comprehensive medical care, education, and empowerment. What began as a bold vision has blossomed into a fully realized clinic, staffed by experienced and compassionate professionals, dedicated to guiding you through every step of your journey.
Who We Are
Our Story
After having my second baby I noticed the gaps in women’s health and postpartum care. There are many physical, emotional, and mental challenges that can accompany birth and motherhood—including shifts in mental health, body changes, or traumatic birth experiences and complications.
Simultaneously, the maternal figures in my life were confronting the physical, mental, and emotional challenges and symptoms of menopause. It became clear that women across all stages of life were struggling with the natural yet complex transitions of womanhood—often without knowing where to seek help. This realization inspired the creation of Dela, a resource dedicated to supporting women through these pivotal phases.
