If this is your life right now

You know something has changed.

Menopause and perimenopause do not always announce themselves clearly. They creep in gradually and get blamed on stress, age, or a busy life. If any of these feel familiar, your hormones are worth looking at.

Let's find out what's going on
You fell asleep at 9pm and woke up still exhausted.
You walked into a room and forgot why. Again.
The weight is there no matter what you try.
Your mood shifted and you do not feel like yourself.
Your doctor said your labs are normal.
You are starting to wonder if this is just how it is now.
Why it is different here

What menopause care at Dela actually looks like

Most providers see menopause as a checklist. A few questions, a standard prescription, and you are out the door in 15 minutes. At Dela, we take a different approach entirely.

01

We test the full picture, not just the basics

Your hormone panel includes estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, cortisol, and full thyroid markers. Standard panels miss most of this. We do not.

02

45-minute visits, not 10

You cannot untangle years of symptoms in a rushed appointment. Our initial visits are 45 minutes because real answers take real time.

03

A plan built around your results, not a template

Your labs, your symptoms, your life. We build a care plan that fits your body, then adjust it as you change, rather than setting it and forgetting it.

04

A provider who believes you

Kallie built Dela for women who have been dismissed, told nothing is wrong, or handed a pamphlet and sent home. You will not leave with more questions than answers.

Common questions

Questions from Provo women

Do I have to drive to Pleasant Grove or can I use telehealth?+
Both options are available. Your first consultation can be done virtually from anywhere in Utah. If you prefer in person, our Pleasant Grove office is about 15 minutes from downtown Provo via I-15. Most patients do their initial visit in person and then use telehealth for follow-ups.
Am I too young to be in perimenopause?+
No. Perimenopause can start as early as your mid-30s. The average age of menopause is 51 but the hormonal shift leading up to it can begin 10 to 15 years before that. Many women in their late 30s and early 40s are in perimenopause and do not know it because they have been told they are too young.
My doctor said my labs are normal. Could I still have a hormone issue?+
Yes, and this is extremely common. Standard lab panels check only basic thyroid and blood counts. A proper hormone panel for perimenopause and menopause includes estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, cortisol, and more. We run the full picture, not the abbreviated version.
Is hormone therapy safe?+
Modern, evidence-based hormone therapy is safe for the vast majority of women and has been shown to significantly improve quality of life during perimenopause and menopause. We stay current on the latest research and will walk you through all your options so you can make a decision that feels right for you.
How is Dela different from other women's health providers near Provo?+
Most general women's health clinics focus on OB-GYN care. Dela specializes specifically in menopause, perimenopause, and hormone health. That means longer visits, more comprehensive testing, a provider who stays current on hormone research, and a care plan built around your actual lab results rather than a standard protocol.
