Sound familiar?

You're not falling apart.
Your hormones are shifting.

Perimenopause is one of the most misunderstood transitions in women's health. These symptoms are real, connected, and they don't have to define the next decade of your life.

Hot flashes and night sweats
Sudden heat that disrupts sleep, work, and daily life. Often the first signal that something has shifted hormonally.
Brain fog and memory lapses
Forgetting words, losing your train of thought, feeling mentally slower. This is hormonal, not just aging.
Exhaustion that won't lift
Eight hours of sleep and still exhausted. When estrogen and cortisol conflict, rest doesn't restore you.
Unexplained weight gain
Nothing changed in your diet but your midsection did. Shifting estrogen changes how and where your body stores fat.
Anxiety and mood swings
Irritability or sadness that feels out of proportion. Your nervous system is responding to hormonal fluctuations.
Loss of libido and intimacy
Low sex drive, dryness, discomfort. Common, treatable, and never something you should just accept.

If you've been told your labs are fine but you know something is wrong, you're probably right.

Let's find out what's really going on
Why standard care fails women

The system wasn't built for perimenopause.

40%
of women in perimenopause are misdiagnosed or told their symptoms are stress, anxiety, or just part of getting older.

Standard labs miss it. A normal TSH and CBC means nothing when your estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol are out of balance. Most appointments are 15 minutes. Dela is built differently.

What you've probably already been told:
  • "Your labs are all within normal range."
  • "This is just part of getting older."
  • "Try reducing your stress and getting more sleep."
  • "You're too young to be in perimenopause."
  • "Here's an antidepressant."
What you'll hear at Dela:
  • We run a full hormone panel, not a basic one.
  • We spend real time understanding your whole picture.
  • Your plan is built around your labs, your symptoms, and your life.
  • We believe you. From the start.

Your provider

Kallie isn't just your clinician.
She's your advocate.

Kallie built Dela because she saw the same story over and over: women who knew something was wrong, who had been dismissed, who were handed antidepressants when what they needed was answers.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's hormonal health, Kallie runs a clinic that looks and feels nothing like the appointments you've dreaded. Longer visits. Real conversations. Data-driven decisions. A provider who believes you when you say you don't feel like yourself.

She's not here to tell you this is normal. She's here to help you feel like you again.

Questions

Things women want to know before they book

If your question isn't here, don't be afraid to give us a call. There's no such thing as too much information when it comes to your health.

Am I too young to be in perimenopause?
No. Perimenopause can start as early as your mid-30s. The average age of menopause is 51, but the hormonal shift leading up to it can begin 10 to 15 years before that. Many women in their late 30s and early 40s are in perimenopause and don't know it because they've been told they're too young.
My doctor said my labs are normal. Could I still have a hormone issue?
Yes, and this is extremely common. Standard lab panels check only basic thyroid and blood counts. A proper hormone panel for perimenopause includes estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, cortisol, and more. We run the full picture, not the abbreviated version.
Is hormone therapy safe?
Modern, evidence-based hormone therapy is safe for the vast majority of women and has been shown to significantly improve quality of life during perimenopause and menopause. We stay current on the latest research and will walk you through all options so you can make an informed decision that feels right for you.
