Our Story
After Kallie welcomed her baby in the spring of 2023, she quickly recognized the gap in support for postpartum mothers. While her own journey involved physical recovery, she was deeply aware of the emotional and mental struggles faced by those around her, including postpartum depression, traumatic birth experiences, and the grief of infant loss. Simultaneously, the maternal figures in her life were confronting the challenges of menopause. It became clear that women, across different stages of life, were grappling with the natural yet complex transitions of womanhood—often without knowing where to seek help. This realization inspired the creation of Dela, a resource dedicated to supporting women through these pivotal life phases.
