Dela was established in 2024 with a clear mission: to support women through every phase of life by offering comprehensive medical care, education, and empowerment. What began as a bold vision has blossomed into a fully realized clinic, staffed by experienced and compassionate professionals, dedicated to guiding you through every step of your journey.
Who We Are
Our Story
Our providers saw the gap in support for postpartum and menopausal women. They acknowledge the physical, emotional, and mental challenges that can accompany birth and motherhood—including shifts in mental health, body changes, or traumatic birth experiences and complications.
Simultaneously, the maternal figures in their lives were confronting the physical, mental, and emotional challenges and symptoms of menopause. It became clear that women across different stages of life were struggling with the natural yet complex transitions of womanhood—often without knowing where to seek help. This realization inspired the creation of Dela, a resource dedicated to supporting women through these pivotal life phases.
Our Brand
Dela is the Portuguese word for “her”. We wanted to create a haven just for women where they can access holistic medical care, healing, education, and empowerment to support them through life’s most significant transitions.
The Hydrangea is the symbol of Dela because it can bloom different colored flowers based on changes to the pH of the soil it’s planted in. Similarly, Dela helps women bloom in whatever their current situations present.
